Babies and Todd's Daycare relies on the participation and cooperation of all its member families. Please read and understand the agreement below, which each family must sign and agree to each year.
Registration:
Registration is considered complete when the daycare receives a fully completed and signed registration package, along with a N$350.00 registration fee (NON-REFUNDABLE). A child may only start school once the monthly school fee is paid (NON-REFUNDABLE).
Fees:
- 0-3 years: N$1950 (full day), N$1250 (half day)
- 4-6 years: N$1650 (full day), N$1000 (half day)
Fees must always be paid before or on the 3rd of each month. If paid from the 4th onward, an additional N$150 must be included.
Termination Notice:
If you choose to withdraw your child, a written two-week notice is required before the child's last day. No refunds will be given for fees already paid.
Health Policy:
Children who are sick must not attend daycare for the safety of all children and staff.
Centre Hours:
- Operating hours start at 7:00 AM
- Half-day pickup time is 1:30 PM
- Full-day pickup time is 6:00 PM
- Teachers arrive by 6:45 AM to accommodate early drop-offs
Late Fee Charges:
A N$50 charge per 15 minutes per child will apply for late pickups and must be paid to the respective teacher.
Holidays:
The daycare only closes on public holidays and during December, with exact dates communicated to parents. If a parent chooses to keep their child at home during GRN school holidays, fees must still be paid.
Withdrawal Policy:
Families may be asked to withdraw from Babies and Todd's due to nonpayment of fees or behavioral issues.
